Functional Power Platform Consultant - Remote

Overview

The freelancer will utilize their expertise in Power Platform and Azure to provide guidance and support to the team to ensure efficient team operations. The freelancer will work closely with our program management team to design, validate, and propose proof of concepts that meet the rapidly evolving needs of our customers. The main focus will be on designing and implementing Proof of Concept solutions based on ideas and requirements, ensuring compliance with security and privacy controls required in our heavily regulated industry. The freelancer will have excellent native or bilingual [English] speaking, listening and chat skills in order to communicate with customers who speak only [English].

In Short

• Provide guidance and work with the program management team to design, validate, and propose proof of concepts.
• Design and implement Proof of Concept solutions that comply with security and privacy controls.
• Participate in meetings and working sessions on demand.
• Document solutions with official reference to Microsoft documentation.
• Collaborate with the Power BI team and provide guidance on PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Guide the team in understanding governance and best practices.
• Weekly progress report outlining activities and concerns.
• Documentation of new procedures or protocols developed.
• Engage in mentorship programs and community service events.
• Uphold values of diversity, inclusion, and social good.

Requirements

• Freelancer will register their devices with Intune.
• Implementation of MFA required within 30 days.
• Adhere to the client’s Data Protection Agreement and Security Requirements.
• Background check required for this contract.
• Use a single, unique device for conducting support.
• Complete Identity Verification tasks within 5 business days.
• Meet device and tool requirements listed in the contract.
• Responsive and prompt in completing verification processes.
