• Advise customers on different subscription plans and features available.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and enhancements to Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other technical support engineers to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English and Dutch languages.
• Superior communication skills including active listening.
• Knowledge on M365 technologies especially Copilot.
• Experience with O365 web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Persuasion skills are a plus.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
