Overview

As a Staff Analyst, Growth Analytics at Upstart, you’ll be responsible for driving understanding, insights, decision making, and data infrastructure relating to acquiring and retaining borrowers on our platform.

In Short

• Partner with channel owners and product leaders to set growth strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of analytical experience, preferably in marketing or growth analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R, Looker, Tableau).
• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong communication and analytical storytelling skills.
