In Short

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with large enterprise level clients in the cruise travel sector.
  • Plan, implement and manage strategic commercial activities to meet business goals.
  • Manage high-profile accounts and ensure long-term partnership growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to monitor and solve issues.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and performance analyses to clients and management.
  • Synthesize performance and credit metrics for effective recommendations.
  • Utilize organizational and time management skills to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of B2B Commercial or General Management experience in the cruise industry.
  • Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategy, research, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
