Overview

Upbound is seeking an experienced Product Manager to spearhead the development and evolution of Upbound's core managed experience revolving around Spaces, focusing on enhancing the product for Crossplane platform builders and operators.

• Spearhead the development and implementation of a market-leading managed Crossplane experience.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize backlog and identify user gaps with engineering teams.
• Create low-fidelity mockups and work through end user features.
• Collaborate with Design to create holistic user journeys.
• Align roadmaps and plans with the broader Upbound product team.
• Understand and respond to customer needs with customer service.

Requirements

• Experience building managed X-as-a-service product experiences.
• Existing PM experience with SaaS UI based products.
• Deep knowledge of Crossplane and its underlying OSS project.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and the related ecosystem.
• Enterprise product management experience.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Public examples of code on GitHub/GitLab.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on improvement.
