• Define and execute the global content strategy aligned with business objectives and brand values
• Research audience, topics and key figures to develop a content narrative and an editorial calendar
• Lead end-to-end content production from creative brief to final delivery
• Repurpose and optimise diverse content formats
• Manage content distribution and drive optimisation
• Define measurement frameworks and establish tracking mechanisms
• Partner with other channels to maximise content use and relevance
• Stay on top of current cultural trends and audience preferences
• Identify and collaborate with internal and external talent for content creation
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content workflows

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in content strategy
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful multi-channel content strategies
• Strong understanding of content distribution and performance measurement
• Experience with content technology solutions
• Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Track record of scaling content operations
• Experience with content management systems and analytics tools
• Understanding of paid media
• Fluent in Italian and English
