Overview

The Online Programs Manager oversees the administration and delivery of Booth Executive Education’s online programs, ensuring high-quality execution and participant engagement.

In Short

• Manage Canvas course sites aligned with Booth branding.
• Coordinate technical aspects of live Zoom sessions.
• Serve as the primary liaison for participants.
• Facilitate participant onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor participant progress and engagement.
• Manage program communications and updates.
• Track and report on learner data and trends.
• Collaborate with faculty and internal teams.
• Work part-time, approximately 20 hours a week.
• This position is expected to last up to a year.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of experience in program coordination.
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems like Canvas.
• Familiarity with Zoom and survey tools preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with data reporting and basic analysis.
