Requirements

• College or university degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in a related discipline.
• PhD preferred in an academic discipline.
• 3 years of experience in undergraduate research and mentoring.
• Experience in organizing events and workshops.
• Proficiency in Mac and PC environments, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with graphic design and database management.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
