Overview

The Speech Therapist provides speech-language assessments and treatment using evidence-based techniques in a naturalistic, developmentally appropriate manner at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Requirements

• Master's degree in communications disorder/speech-language pathology.
• Arkansas license as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain within 1 month.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility pending completion of Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to document and submit treatment charges accurately.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in educational opportunities.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
• Background checks as required.
