Pharmacy Intern - Remote

Overview

The Pharmacy Intern will perform most of the duties of a pharmacist under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to gain practical experience in day-to-day responsibilities.

• Work full-time during summer and part-time during the school year.
• Engage in training and projects in various pharmacy areas.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in daily operations.
• Deliver medications and assist with patient care.
• Participate in compounding and Rx processing.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy School.
• Work under direct supervision of a pharmacist.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy School.
• Must have a current Pharmacy Technician License.
• Incoming First Year Pharmacy Student preferred.
• Ability to work full-time during summer breaks.
• Availability for one Saturday shift per month.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Willingness to learn and participate in various pharmacy tasks.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
