Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Must pass state abuse registry checks and drug screening.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in Physical Therapy.
• Preferred: OCS, CSCS, DN certification.
