FMLA Prior Authorization Registered Nurse - Remote

Overview

The FMLA Prior Authorization Registered Nurse will provide support and education to patients with chronic conditions, ensuring compliance with FMLA regulations and enhancing patient care through collaboration with healthcare teams.

• Provide education on chronic condition management.
• Prepare and maintain organized records for audits.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Valid Registered Nursing License.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: BSN and 3 years of RN experience.
• Experience in Prior Authorizations and Billing.
• Oncology experience is a plus.
• National certification in CCM or OCN preferred.
