Charge Master Analyst - Reconciliation - Remote

Overview

The Charge Master Analyst - Reconciliation is responsible for establishing and maintaining charge capture and reconciliation processes as part of a multi-disciplinary Revenue Integrity team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). This role acts as a liaison between clinical departments and the Revenue Cycle to ensure compliance and optimize revenue.

• Develop reporting tools for charge reconciliation.
• Independently perform audit projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in hospital charge description master or billing office.
• Proficient in MS Office and healthcare revenue cycle processes.
• Advanced knowledge of billing, coding, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred certifications: LPN, RN, CPC, CCS, CPA.
• Data Visualization experience using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Epic systems is a plus.
