Overview

The Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Finance & Performance Excellence will drive financial performance excellence and develop strategic financial plans that support both short and long-term initiatives of UAMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Ten years of experience in hospital finance leadership.
• Master's Degree strongly preferred.
• Twelve years of experience in hospital finance leadership preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends.
• Experience in strategic financial planning.
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
