The Clinical Research Study Assistant plays a vital role in the coordination of clinical trials at UHN, participating in innovative drug studies and ensuring compliance with established protocols.

In Short

• Work in a hybrid environment (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
• Assist in the coordination of clinical trials
• Provide administrative support to the study team
• Conduct clinical assessments and interact with study participants
• Maintain electronic and paper information systems

• Perform data transcription from health records

Requirements

• Completion of a Community college diploma in a health-related discipline
• 3 to 6 months of related experience, preferably in clinical research
• Knowledge of human research regulations and guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient data
