Legal Tech is looking for an Operations Manager to help improve and scale our product. We have successfully moved beyond the MVP stage and are actively growing in the US market.

• As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing the operational function of Legal Tech, strengthening in-house expertise.
• Your tasks will include integrating new services, optimizing processes, and enhancing service efficiency.
• A key part of the role will be forming a long-term development strategy and scaling the service team to ensure a high level of user experience during the product's active growth.
• Interact with product and Supply & Support teams to ensure effective scaling of the service team and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor the work of the external support team, define operational KPIs, track metrics, and ensure their achievement.
• Analyze user behaviors and their use cases to improve service quality and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with key process participants, test new approaches in working with users, and implement best practices.
