Object Manager (m/f/d) in Real Estate Services - Remote

Overview

This position is for an Object Manager who will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations in Berlin, leading a team of technicians, and managing operational processes for a leading real estate service provider.

In Short

• Manage 5-6 locations in Berlin independently.
• Lead a team of 5 technicians and custodians.
• Act as the central contact for clients and users.
• Organize and implement maintenance and inspection work.
• Monitor legal inspection deadlines and manage warranties, defects, and damage.

Requirements

• Completed training as a master technician/engineer in supply engineering/electrical engineering/HVAC or a degree in Facility Management.
• Solid knowledge of building technology systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical).
• Commercial knowledge and strong cost awareness.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, CAFM).
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
