Overview

The Operations Advisor for Vast will play a key role in traveling to franchise locations to understand their needs and help them achieve success in their local market.

In Short

• Travel to franchise locations to assist with business setup.
• Develop sales strategies and coach Sales Managers.
• Provide guidance on marketing campaigns.
• Train franchisees on sales and operations.
• Examine P&L statements for solutions.
• Compile Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years in Coworking/Flexible Office Space.
• Sales and business operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Technical aptitude for new technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Experience with graphic design and accounting software is a plus.
