Program Manager for Climate and Education Initiatives - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in shaping programming, creating communications, and developing tools and data that allow UndauntedK12 to grow our impact and expand our reach within California, and across new states.

In Short

• Advance ongoing state campaigns for equitable access to healthy, resilient, decarbonized school buildings.
• Develop state-specific advocacy materials including policy briefs and toolkits.
• Conduct policy research and synthesize external reports.
• Draft communications and materials for diverse audiences.
• Manage logistics for webinars and events.
• Support UndauntedK12 staff with research related to core issues.
• Engage with youth leadership programming and alumni.
• Develop and maintain data-related products for public consumption.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance communication channels.
• Represent UndauntedK12 in state and national meetings.
