Retention Marketing Team Strategist - Remote

Overview

As Retention Marketing Team Strategist, your day will be split into two parts: 50% account management and 50% tactical / team support. You will report to a Retention Marketing Team Lead and work with the Head of and entire Retention Marketing Team to collaborate on new initiatives and department projects.

• Oversee strategy, performance, and optimizations for multiple clients in beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
• Accountable for email & SMS program health and revenue & engagement growth strategies.
• Manage overall account functions including project management and client happiness.
• Provide robust reporting to clients analyzing program performance.
• Lead Weekly Account Review meetings to identify opportunities for clients.
• Support junior team members in their growth within the department.
• Handle client escalations regarding scope and contractual obligations.
• Conduct professional development for assigned team members.
• Provide feedback on team performance to leadership.
