We are the first trading card manufacturer from Germany, elevating the world of collectible cards to the next level. Our focus is on high-quality trading cards in the sports sector that are authentic and unique, capturing the hearts of collectors. Our projects include drops with Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Fortuna Düsseldorf, Xavi Hernandez, the Wagner brothers, and the basketball national team. We combine our passion for sports and trading cards with a strong business approach – and now we are looking for you to grow with us!

In Short

• Manage our current WooCommerce shop and continuously optimize shop performance.
• Implement new features to enhance customer journey and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute a pricing strategy based on market analysis.
• Take full responsibility for all online channels.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing strategy (SEO, SEA, Social Media Ads).
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage budget and continuously analyze performance to optimize marketing spend.
• Track and evaluate campaign results using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Develop strategies for scaling the business in E-Commerce and Marketing.
• Understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in E-Commerce, ideally with WooCommerce or similar platforms.
• Ability to independently manage relevant topics professionally.
• Strong knowledge in online and performance marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media Ads, Google Ads).
• Experience in budget management and successful campaign optimization.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Passion for sports, ideally with interest or knowledge in trading cards.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on responsibility.
