Overview

Ubiminds is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute to new feature development and the maintenance of critical systems in a remote-first environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a groundbreaking company transforming the hiring process through technology.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain robust .NET services and scalable APIs.
• Build responsive and accessible front-end interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, QA, and other engineers.
• Participate in design/code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Adapt to evolving processes and handle ambiguity.
• Help reduce technical debt and improve code quality.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills are required.
• Experience working in distributed, remote teams.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Python, AWS, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) for backend development.
• Solid knowledge of React and front-end development practices.
• Ability to operate at a senior level and communicate proactively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to ambiguity.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Exposure to containerization and test automation is a plus.
