Integrations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Integrations Specialist will play a critical role in building strong relationships with partner offices and ensuring smooth onboarding of newly acquired practices onto PDP’s operational platforms.

In Short

• Single point of contact for new dental practices during integration.
• Regular travel to newly acquired practices for hands-on support.
• Support the integration process with administrative tasks.
• Ensure readiness of teams for partnership day.
• Collaborate with various functions like Business Development and Finance.
• Manage PMS Conversions when not integrating new offices.
• Report to the Director of Integrations.
• Assist in building a scalable Integrations function for future growth.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in dental practice management, including RCM.
• Experience in Dental Operations for multi-entity organizations.
• Experience integrating dental practices.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Understanding of Dental Office Operations.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to travel over 75% of the time.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
