The Supply Chain Coordinator will assist in various tasks related to forecasting, inventory management, and logistics while working from home.

• Assist the Demand Planner with forecasting and inventory management tasks.
• Create and manage purchase orders for local and overseas suppliers.
• Organize stock transfers between 3PL providers and contract manufacturers.
• Work with freight forwarders to optimize inbound freight management.
• Review and cross-check invoices for overseas shipments.
• Receive, verify, and maintain accurate documentation from suppliers.
• File and validate invoices from suppliers, couriers, and forwarders.
• Collaborate with other departments for necessary information.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders for manager approval.
