Overview

The Finance Analyst will work from home, maintaining and updating client portfolios, preparing reports, and improving workflow efficiency.

In Short

• Maintain and update client portfolios using a customised Excel-based portfolio management tool.
• Extract and reconcile data from the platforms and plug into internal models for review.
• Prepare polished and accurate client-ready reporting packs using Excel and PowerPoint, based on firm-provided templates and commentary.
• Collaborate with the Director to ensure all data is up-to-date and ready for review and client presentation.
• Work towards producing customized quarterly client reports, helping to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency within the investment management and reporting cycle.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and professional presentation of all client-facing materials.
• Other role-specific duties as they arise.
