Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

This is a role for a highly autonomous and driven Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives on ownership and working independently. You will be expected to take full ownership of your domain, from discovery and design to implementation and long-term maintenance.

In Short

• Take complete ownership of architecting, deploying, and managing AWS-based infrastructure.
• Drive and own infrastructure as code strategy using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management.
• Serve as a key escalation point in on-call rotation.
• Manage the ELK stack for system health monitoring.
• Define project priorities and manage deadlines independently.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Deep proficiency with Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.).
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to obtain government clearance if required.
