Overview

For our client Miele AG, we are looking for a Backoffice Employee D/F 80-100%.

In Short

• You will be the first point of contact for all written inquiries (D/F) from our valued end customers.
• Your task is to not only answer written questions but to provide an outstanding service experience (in German and French).
• You will also play an important role in advising our customers on accessories and care products to ensure they get the best out of their Miele devices.
• Experience in customer service or back office is required.
• Very good German language skills (native level) are necessary.
• Good knowledge of French is required.
• Good IT skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
• Service-oriented, reliable, and independent personality with good manners.

Requirements
