The Shift Supervisor at 3M is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor while managing manpower and training contract workers.

• Aligning team for critical deposits shift wise with CFT
• Conducting and supervising T2 and T-1
• Training for contract workers on safety, quality & productivity
• Operator performance management & compiling in work-day
• Monitoring & improvement of yield in respective value streams
• Customer specific CTQ understanding
• Scrap reduction & elimination

Requirements

• Experience in production management
• Strong leadership skills
