As a Staff Product Manager at Twilio, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-driven communication solutions, leading the development of the Wise Owl framework which empowers teams to automate their workflows.

In Short

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for the Wise Owl Framework.
• Define requirements for the Agent platform, workflow designer, and enterprise capabilities.
• Design no/low-code experiences for creating and managing AI agents.
• Plan and execute on the framework roadmap including multi-agent architecture.
• Enable product teams to build sophisticated AI agents using the framework.
• Deliver improvements for faster agent development and better functionality.
• Track usage metrics and framework performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
• Provide training and documentation for framework capabilities.
• Participate in occasional travel for team meetings.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in platform products.
• Experience with API design and SDK development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software requirements.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms.
• Proven track record of enabling product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
