Staff Analyst, Security Risk Management - Remote

Overview

The Security Risk Analyst will be a key member of the Security Risk Management program at Twilio, focused on maturing our Security risk posture by preparing internal stakeholders for certification activities.

In Short

• Lead the daily management and oversight of the One Twilio Risk Management program.
• Develop and maintain risk register(s) to track key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper control mechanisms are in place.
• Review and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver regular risk reports to senior leadership.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for risk management processes.
• Analyze risk data to assess trends and develop predictive models.
• Use data analytics and risk modeling tools for risk assessment.
• Coordinate with auditors for compliance assessments.
• Provide training on risk management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Risk Management experience.
• Strong background in identifying and quantifying risks.
• Proven track record of managing risk assessments in large organizations.
• 3+ years of working with technical security and IT.
• Broad understanding of security domains.
• Biased towards automation and tooling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
