Overview

This position is needed to lead and optimize Twilio’s hardware asset management for U.S.-based employees. As a Senior Strategic Asset Manager, you’ll develop and implement lifecycle strategies that ensure efficient procurement, tracking, and governance of end-user devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic IT asset management.
• Deep expertise in IT asset lifecycle management.
• Proficient with leading ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Solid financial acumen for budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to implement scalable asset management processes.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
