The Director, FinOps at Twilio will lead the FinOps team, driving financial transparency and operational efficiency across the R&D organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Financial Operations with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Strong understanding of vendor relationship management.
• Deep understanding of cloud financial models (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts.
• Ability to analyze spend trends and drive unit economics improvements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience with FinOps practices.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Experience with cost visibility platforms (e.g., CloudZero).
