Overview

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will lead sourcing for Chiropractors across all our locations in Illinois, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest regions.

In Short

Lead sourcing efforts for Chiropractors.
Manage external sourcing platforms.
Build proactive pipelines in ATS/CRM.
Research and propose new sourcing vendors.
Utilize existing branding for drip campaigns.
Proactively recruit and qualify candidates.
Source passive candidates through networking.
Participate in networking and recruiting events.
Assist in developing sourcing plans and strategies.

Requirements

1-2 years of Sourcing experience.
Experience with ATS/CRM, preferably SmartRecruiters.
Proficiency in hiring processes and practices.
Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
Ability to manage complex situations.
Ability to attract passive talent.
