Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Architect / Designer to oversee the planning and design of electric vehicle (EV) operations facilities. This leadership role involves guiding design strategy, managing complex projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect with 12+ years of experience.

• Experience with EV charging infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Understanding of building codes and permitting processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience developing design standards.
