Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Preconstruction Project Manager to lead the planning and early execution phases of EV service center projects, ensuring proper evaluation, permitting, and design to meet aggressive timelines and evolving technical requirements.

In Short

• Lead site feasibility assessments for EV service centers.
• Oversee due diligence activities and manage consultant teams.

• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale development programs.
• Strong estimating and budgeting skills.
• Deep understanding of EV charging technologies.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically to resolve challenges.
• Experience developing systems for infrastructure delivery.
