Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Engineer to join our data center team, responsible for managing and analyzing costs for data center construction projects.

In Short

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets.
• Perform comprehensive cost analysis and forecasting.
• Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports.
• Collaborate with project teams for cost control.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Engage and manage third-party quantity surveyors.
• Update and maintain a repository for historical cost data.
• Define and track cost performance metrics.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good organization skills and ability to multi-task.
