• Lead full-cycle implementation of Healthcare Managed Service Talent Programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Establish and run a centralized PMO.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers.
• Standardize and improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Track KPIs and manage program P&L.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Apply industry best practices and stay current with healthcare trends.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and manage a Program Management Office (PMO).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
