Senior Product Designer - Web3 / DeFi / Blockchain / Crypto - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Designer with hands-on Web3 experience to craft intuitive, user-centered designs across Trust Wallet’s platforms.

In Short

• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for TW's products and features.
• Lead user research efforts to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features.
• Mentor and support junior designers.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Actively participate in design critiques.

Requirements

• Commercial web3 experience in Product Design is a must have experience for this position.
• 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience.
• 3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps.
• Knowledgeable and interested in Web3 space.
• Collaborative and open minded.
• Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX.
• Strong communication in oral and written English.
• Strong values, ethics and integrity.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree.
