In Short

• Lead complex product design projects with other designers on the team.
• Strengthen base knowledge by interviewing key stakeholders and SMEs.
• Investigate UI/UX problems and propose solutions.
• Design intuitive workflow and layout, prototypes, and communicate concepts.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand constraints.
• Utilize our design system and existing patterns for UI design.
• Evolve our design language and pattern library.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Bachelors Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Ability to articulate and communicate with clarity.
• Track record of success in interaction design.
• Passionate about iterating creative ideas with attention to detail.
• Self-driven with the ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in Figma; knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
