Overview

As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will play a critical role in building a world-class engineering and technology workforce by identifying and engaging top talent. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, leverage cutting-edge recruitment tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• Drive a high-touch candidate experience by engaging and nurturing passive candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build relationships with talent communities, universities, and professional networks to expand sourcing channels.
• Manage and optimize sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and CRM platforms.
• Mentor and coach junior sourcers to elevate team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging top engineering and technology talent.
• Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry hiring trends.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Eightfold).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
