Semi-Senior Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Semi-Senior Security Engineer with expertise in endpoint security and cloud infrastructure security. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing secure architectures, managing enterprise security solutions, automating security tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.

In Short

• Assist in designing and implementing secure architectures for on-premise and cloud systems.
• Identify security vulnerabilities across various platforms.
• Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise security tools.
• Support security assessments and vulnerability scanning.
• Develop and enhance security automation scripts using Python and Bash.
• Work closely with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
• Communicate security risks and solutions effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging security threats and technologies.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in security engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Requirements

• To be based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a willingness to work on-site three days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing security solutions.
• Strong understanding of endpoint and cloud security best practices.
• Experience in conducting vulnerability assessments.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
