Controller - Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Controller will lead aspects of the accounting function within CORE Stagwell, providing Shared Services to Brands in the Stagwell network and performing management reporting functions.

In Short

• Responsible for the Monthly Financial Statements.
• Lead the month-end close process, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage payroll, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist in treasury functions and cash forecasting.
• Utilize ERP for tracking key initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee the operations of the accounting department.
• Manage Internal/External Audits.
• Own SOX compliance and accounting controls.
• Assist with ad hoc requests as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA required.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of Maconomy experience.
• Experience in service companies, preferably media or advertising.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Located in Latin America.
