Business Analyst/Product Owner (Adobe) - Advertising - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, and Target. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams, gathering requirements, defining product roadmaps, and ensuring the successful implementation of Adobe solutions to drive digital transformation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and Adobe consultants.
• Define and document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe solutions.
• Support change management efforts and user adoption to maximize the value of Adobe products.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for data security and privacy.
• Facilitate workshops and agile development sessions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AEM and Workfront.
• Experience in defining and managing digital marketing and content strategies.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 7–10 years of experience in business analysis or digital marketing technology roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level MarTech implementations.
