Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer on the PFM (Personal Finance Management) team at Rocket Money, you will be at the forefront of designing intuitive and impactful user experiences that bring financial insights directly to our users' phones.

In Short

• Take full ownership of key product features, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with business goals.
• Lead the design process from concept to final execution, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product requirements.
• Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform design choices.
• Present design concepts and progress to stakeholders.
• Innovate continuously, proposing new ways for users to engage with Rocket Money's services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role.
• Proficient in Figma, with experience in similar tools like Sketch valued.
• Strong understanding of how design translates into code.
• Effective executor, capable of taking initiatives from concept to completion.
• Empathetic, considering the impact of designs on users.
• Problem-solver, thriving on tackling challenges.
