Quality Engineer (QE) Tester - Remote

Overview

As a QE Tester at TrueTandem, you will play a vital role in ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle, working closely with project teams to identify risks and communicate findings.

• Participate in agile ceremonies including project grooming and retrospectives.
• Break down complex applications from a testing perspective.
• Draft and execute manual exploratory testing charters.
• Provide detailed reports to project teams and management.
• Report bugs and defects to the appropriate teams.
• Work in a fast-paced environment across multiple platforms and projects.
• Coordinate testing performed by multiple resources.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of exposure to automated tests.
• 4+ years of software testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience creating test plans and exploratory testing charters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills with good grammar.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
