Overview

We're seeking a strategic, creative, and data-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building Trinetix’s digital voice in the US market, especially within the healthcare sector, while also amplifying the presence of our C-suite and V-suite executives across professional social platforms. You’ll drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and thought leadership through high-impact content and influencer collaborations.

In Short

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for brand and leadership visibility across the US healthcare and tech markets.
  • Create and manage original, on-brand content for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and others.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Sales, Delivery, and Content) to align messaging with business goals.
  • Partner closely with C-suite and V-suite executives to craft, schedule, and manage their professional social media presence—including ghostwriting, content planning, and engagement strategies.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers and thought leaders to amplify Trinetix’s brand presence and campaigns.
  • Launch organic social campaigns to support awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor healthcare and tech trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to guide strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Engage actively with online communities, audiences, and key stakeholders to boost brand reputation.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular insights reports; iterate strategies based on performance and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives with ideas and social-first storytelling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with content management systems and social media tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
