CPH has an opening for the following position: Professional Surveyor and Mapper. This position is eligible for remote work but must be licensed in Florida.

In Short

• Foster and grow client relationships.
• Provide oversight of survey activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with project team members.
• Perform calculations for field crews and mapping.
• Analyze deeds and research materials for surveys.
• Manage office personnel assigned to projects.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate QA/QC scheduling.
• Monitor client satisfaction with services and products.
• Review timesheets of assigned staff.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful history of project management.
• Experience with Civil 3D for various surveys.
• Subsurface Utility Engineering experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
