We seek an experienced Accountant / Controller to guide administrative and financial functions, shaping the client’s financial strategy and translating it into actionable steps that support sustainable growth.

• Oversee cash management, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Input and manage annual budgets and expense plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations in accounting, administration, and inventory management.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights into financial results.
• Maintain open lines of communication on financial matters.
• Help translate the company’s financial strategy into practical application.
• Enforce official policies and procedures for accounting and administration.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
• Provide clear communication and answer questions from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• CPA certification is required.
• Experience in controllership is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of financial management experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of working remotely.
• Operational experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, including payroll functions.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
