Accounting & Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Accounting & Business Analyst to support our finance and operations teams. The Accounting & Business Analyst will report to the CFO and play a key role in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.

In Short

• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Assist with contract auditing, processing, and follow-up with vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Work closely with operations to improve accounting workflows and reporting structures.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Assist with financial compliance, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance accounting software integration and automation.
