As Robotics Lead, you will take ownership of our next-generation robotic arm control and AI-driven vision-based manipulation systems. You will be responsible for scaling a high-performance robotics team while driving technical innovation and product development.

In Short

Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team in robotics.
Define and execute the robotics technology roadmap.
Develop advanced control algorithms and integrate ROS 2.
Enhance collision-free planning and trajectory generation.

Collaborate with AI, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams.

Requirements

10+ years in robotics engineering and industrial automation.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
Strong coding skills in ROS 2, C++, and Python.
Experience in deploying robotic solutions in manufacturing.
Deep interest in next-gen robotics and AI-powered automation.
Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim and reinforcement learning is a plus.
